Abstarct: The increase in population and overexploitation of groundwater for agricultural and industrial purposes has reduced Sources and water level drop, which table and is one of the main causes of land subsidence in this region. In this research, the areas with subsidence and its rate were evaluated with high accuracy using the radar interferometry technique (RIT). Sentinel-1 satellite images were obtained in 2017 and 2021 and SNAP software was used to process the images. According to the obtained results, the maximum subsidence rate during the four-year studied period was obtained 4 cm, Therefore, the land subsidence rate in kerdi- Shirazi plain was calculated to be about one centimeter per year. The spatial distribution of subsidence shows the increase in its values in the southern and southwestern parts of the aquifer. In the next step, using the data collected from 6 piezometer wells, the map of iso-drawdown map and the unit hydrograph for the Twenty two-years interval were drawn and analyzed. The highest water level drop is in the south-southwest of the plain. In the following, the changes of the ground water level, in the form of equal potential, iso-drawdown and iso-depth map and its relationship with the subsidence of Kurdi Shirazi Plain aquifer were investigated. The results show that there is a good match between the spatial distribution of subsidence and groundwater drawdown. Examining the field evidence of subsidence, such as the development of the fissure in the northern part of the aquifer, as well as the thickness of the sediments, confirms the final map of land subsidence in the kerdi- Shirazi plain.
